1. Core principle

İNTEGRA96 carries out its product certification, inspection and testing activities free from any commercial, financial, political or other pressure that could influence decisions. Top management has no authority to impose sanctions on, or exert influence over, the decisions of assessment personnel.

2. Independence

Everyone working on behalf of İNTEGRA96 — permanent and external personnel, technical experts, inspection and laboratory personnel, committee and board members, subcontractors and interns — signs an impartiality and confidentiality declaration renewed every year. No one may take part in any conformity assessment activity without a signed declaration. In this declaration, they state that:

  • they are not the designer, manufacturer, supplier, installer, purchaser, owner, user or maintainer of the product or organisation being assessed, nor do they represent any of these parties;
  • no consultancy has been or will be provided to any organisation within the scope in which conformity assessment is carried out;
  • they have had no employment, consultancy or partnership relationship with the organisation to be assessed in the last two years;
  • they are not under pressure that could influence decisions, and will not accept gifts, payments or other benefits;
  • their remuneration does not depend on the number or outcome of assessments performed;
  • they will decline an assignment, or report it immediately, in any situation that threatens impartiality.

Risks to impartiality are continually identified and reviewed by the Impartiality Safeguarding and Advisory Committee. Requests involving an unacceptable risk are rejected.

3. Confidentiality

  • All information obtained or generated during our activities is kept confidential.
  • Customers' technical files, design, production, commercial and financial information are not shared with third parties and are not used to anyone's advantage.
  • The source of information obtained from sources other than the customer is kept confidential.
  • Personal data are processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 (Privacy Notice (KVKK)).
  • Information is not disclosed except where required by law or authorised by contract; where disclosure is required, the party concerned is informed in advance.
  • The confidentiality obligation continues indefinitely, even after the person's relationship with İNTEGRA96 has ended.

4. Reporting impartiality concerns

You can report any situation you believe may affect our impartiality using the Complaints and Appeals form or by writing to info@integra96.com. Your report will have no adverse consequences for you.
