We do not provide consultancy; we do not design, install or sell the products and installations we assess.
We base our decisions solely on the results of the assessment. The remuneration of our staff is independent of the number and results of the assessments they perform. If you disagree with one of our decisions, you may lodge an appeal; your appeal is assessed by persons who were not involved in the original decision.
