Corporate pages

1. Quality Policy

İNTEGRA96 carries out its product certification, inspection and testing activities without compromising the principles of reliability, impartiality, independence, confidentiality, transparency, integrity and equal treatment free from any form of discrimination.

These principles are not a choice; they are the condition for the organisation's existence. The value of our activities comes from the confidence that the decision we make would be the same even if it were made independently of us.

2. Our commitments

  • To carry out our activities in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17025, the relevant regulations, and the guidance and mandatory documents of accreditation bodies.
  • To carry out only activities within our accreditation and notification scope, and to keep our scope publicly available and up to date.
  • Not to provide consultancy within the scope in which we carry out conformity assessment.
  • To provide services without discrimination to every organisation wishing to use them, regardless of number of employees, location or membership of any group.
  • To keep the remuneration of personnel and committee members independent of the number and outcome of assessments performed, and not to take these factors into account in annual pay increases.
  • To continually identify and analyse risks to impartiality and to eliminate or minimise them.
  • To keep confidential the information obtained during our activities, and under no circumstances to permit its use to the advantage of third parties or its improper use.
  • To ensure information security and data integrity, and to process personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698.
  • To continually develop the competence of our personnel, and to monitor technological and regulatory developments and reflect them in our system.
  • To provide the resources needed to maintain and improve the management system.
  • To have the financial strength and professional liability insurance to cover liabilities that may arise from our activities.
  • To observe fairness and applicable laws in our financial arrangements.
  • To have complaints and appeals assessed impartially and in a timely manner by persons not involved in the activity concerned.

3. Management commitment

As İNTEGRA96 Top Management, we commit that:

  • the organisation is structured so as to ensure administrative and financial independence between all of its service units;
  • product certification, inspection and testing activities are kept free from any commercial, financial, political or other pressure that could influence decisions;
  • Top Management has no authority to impose sanctions on, or exert influence over, the conformity assessment decisions of personnel, committee members, assessors and inspection personnel;
  • the Quality Management Representative has the right of direct access to Top Management on management system matters, and this right cannot be restricted;
  • laboratory activities are structured as an organisational branch independent of certification and inspection activities;
  • when accepting certification, inspection and testing requests, situations that could give rise to a conflict of interest will be analysed and, where necessary, the service will be declined;
  • the integrity of the management system will be maintained when changes to it are planned and implemented;
  • should the organisation give up, or be required to cease, its accreditation or notified body activities, the necessary cooperation will be provided for the transfer of certified customers' files to a suitable body;
  • this policy will be communicated throughout the organisation, understood and implemented.

This is our commitment.
