The (EU) 2023/1230 Machinery Regulation will apply from 20 January 2027, and on the same date the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive will be repealed.
İNTEGRA96 continues to provide its EC type-examination service under 2006/42/EC throughout the transition period. The process of extending the scope of accreditation and renewing the notified body notification under (EU) 2023/1230 is ongoing; no certificates will be issued within this scope until the process has been completed.
